Today is the 6-month anniversary of my heart ❤️ attack, I have been part of a walking football team before and after my HA and 3 stents, on all the meds that we are all on , done the rehab, and now back at work driving HGVs , been a long winding road to recovery, we played a football tournament today against 6 other teams and we came out on top and won it, it was very emotional for me as I lost my brother 1 year ago this month with heart disease, I'm the lucky one this trophy 🏆 is for you bruv an all the other heart issues for men and women alike ,determined to prove and help yourselves with fitness and a positive attitude towards recovery, I wasn't aware at the time the tournament was for the British Heart foundation and we raised £150,thanks for all the support on th site reading everyone's issues it's helps on a daily basis, keep fighting.

Great achievement, especially what you have been through emotionally and physically, I guess mentally too. Sorry to hear about your brother.

Good to see normality resuming in your life with you getting back to work.

Keep it up and stay strong and healthy. 💪
