The art of pacing and breaking the boom and bust cycle.

I still don't get it right. Sometimes I just do too much because I get frustrated in trying to live within my limits.

The 'Spoon theory ' is a strategy helpful to manage chronic pain and illness.

I came across this technique when I attended a Pain Management programme to help manage my angina pain.

Perhaps ask your GP or Cardiologist to refer you.

Thanks for the advise, I’ll ask next time I go.

It’s really difficult to work out when to calm down if you’re enjoying what you’re doing,

Still fairly early days with this so need to take note of early signs to watch out for.

Need a couple of quiet days, I have work commitments so I’ll have to get on with that.

How have you been lately 😊
