Hi,, this is my first post,, im on medication following a heart attack 5 years ago,, my firbit records my heart rate and during a visit to the hospital we found out it correlates to their numbets so i trust it,,, 6 months ago my resting rate was 51 due to meds,, its now 69 shoild i be concerned

Hi,

You don't say if you are still on the same meds/dosage!

Either way, If it was me I wouldn't be concerned but I would mention it to GP/Consultant/Heart nurse.

69 not a problem as long as it is with in what your GP recommends. As always if in doubt check with professionals
