Having chest heaviness and some minor chest pains sometimes at my right chest. Is it cardiac related or probably a lung infection? Also sometimes I feel like my throat becomes too tight. Went for an echo two days ago and it revealed NORMAL ECHOCARDIOGRAM. Oh and am taking clopidrogel(In case of reduced blood flow) and bisoprolol(tachycardia). What could possibly be the reason?
