I would not have thought so. It's much the same as the theory eating late at night makes you put on weight when in reality it is about the member of calories you eat. Eating too late is not good for your digestion though.
I’m not an expert in nutrition but i don’t suppose it matters anywhere near as much as what you specifically eat.
steer clear of foods that cause high (bad) cholesterol at any time of the day, and you’ll be far better off.
I cannot take statins and my cholesterol is fairly low but because I have a stent my GP wants to reduce it even further. She has asked me to try a fasting diet of 8-16 to reduce cholesterol. It meant that I could eat between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm then only milk free drinks at the other times. I did try this for about a month but found it hard to continue.
