Is anyone using supplements such as Taurine?

Hi,

I'm new here and recovering from a HA (Feb 11th) and alongside my heart meds, I am also using Taurine, L-Carnitine, D-Ribose and French Pine Bark, this has only been since late February after I was discharged. Has anyone here got experience of using these supps for their HA?
