Are you long out of your operation? If not and like me you've been taking pain killers and thought you were feeling loads better then totally over did it by doing general house work you'd best call the doctor and your rehab team. I put myself back 2 weeks or so in my recovery by doing this. Learnt that when I feel better on the meds start phasing them out 1st and listen to my body. Also rehab team were really good on phone.
