What a day, my pension pot has took a big hit, my fingers are sore from playing too much, and the radio is full of doom and gloom. So I came in from the workshop after a bit of Motorbike restoration and turned on the TV and ARRRGHHHHHHHHH it's B*******y Miranda on! For God's sake how is this allowed? Do we have to endure this on top of everything else??? I think she should be put in a barrel with Robert (End of the world as we know it) Peston and rolled down a big hill somewhere. I just tried posting a link to a youtube video but it won't work so just google the ballad of Dunny Roll if you want a titter.

Take a deep breath. Put the guitar down. Go for a walk. Look at and listen to the birds. When you get back make yourself a cup of tea. Listen to the silence. Just give yourself a break for an hour or so.

I was just joking, I am fine. I like your idea of going for a walk and appreciating things like the birds, this is how I look upon life anyway. If one good things comes out of this it is that we may all get used to a slower, less manic life. Once this is over we still have the threat of climate change looming and we will all need to alter our ways.

The day the guitar lays down for a day is the day I am brown bread man, lol.

Nice one! Hope you're doing OK regardless of the severe mental breakdown (Miranda will so that to anyone!!). Keep well and keep playing! Just going to google.

All the very best to you and yours xxx

Perhaps we will need to rewrite our wills as our Socks & Shares ISA's have gone down so much in the past few weeks :-)

My finances have been well Socked after 40 years of investment although the dot com bubble bursting in 2000 was worse for me at the time.

At one of the other stock market dives we landed in Chicago to see the headline "Kiss your assets goodbye" The 2000 one also happened when we were on holiday.

Woke up this mornin' ain't got no bread to make my toast. If I can't get no Loo rolls I'll have to use the Daily Post.

Hee he good eh? What we all need to do is find out when the local pub is having a lock in. I reckon Alcohol cold have a big part to play in keeping our spirits up.
