Self isolate?

Hi all, I had a heart attack 5 weeks ago had a stent fitted. Feel very well but not sure whether to self isolate ? Unsure if I’m classed as vulnerable, can anyone clarify this for me please. Thanks in anticipation.

Feeling fit 59yr old.

I’ve been trying to find advice on this too. Heart attack 6 months go, stent lots of medication. Just returned as a phased return to work - teacher but colleagues are concerned I’m putting myself at risk. I’ve tried to get advice but just been sent gov link.

Then you're in the vulnerable group. If it helps any, my husband sees it as permission to go full-tilt social distancing. He tries to do it all the time but now he's seriously over the moon to know as he lives with me and I'm in the vulnerable group, he 'has' to now. Pleases him no end.

I get that ! My hubby is a diabetic too so if I stay in school I could risk both of us catching it !
