Joking apart Prince Philip has been Patron of the BHF since its creation in 1961. Next year will mark 60 years of the BHF and 10 years since Prince Philip had a stent.

I remember him going into hospital at the time but little more than a heart issue was mentioned. But didn't Tony Blair have some sort of procedure as well?
