I’m working from home which has actually kept me busier than usual and of course the weather has been so lovely so I’ve been keeping up with my speed walking - thanks to thatwasunexpected calming my nerves considerably and enjoying pottering in my garden which really has helped with my emotions!
How about you lot? How are you all keeping yourselves busy or just occupied? We’ve been so lucky with the sunshine! I’m so lucky to have a garden - My garden is my safe space. Anyone want to share their’s? I hope you are all keeping well and safe.
Take care everyone x

Thanks Imin for your post: I also had a heart attack in September 2019 followed, in my case, by a 5 graft heart bypass. I'm doing OK, and also feel concerned about the future.
I feel very ambivalent about the lockdown : so nice to live in a mode that's not traffic - smothered, for example, and to sense that species other than the human race might be pleased we've calmed down a bit...
Covid-19 is peanuts compared to what's coming due to Climate Catastrophe, destruction of the Amazon, pollution of the oceans, mass extinction etc etc: when are we going to wake up to the total failure of our so-called democracies to deal with our wrecking of everything?
Wow! I was hoping to spread a bit of joy with my little safe space I call the garden!
I’m sorry you are full of gloom about the future and the dooom that climate change is bringing...that really is bigger than my little hope to spread a bit of joy but hopefully the one good thing that does come out of COVID19 is that people might think a bit more seriously about the environment and like the cleaner, more gentle feel of the way of living in lockdown has brought with fewer vehicles on the roads, the realisation that walking is better than jumping in the car, home cooked tastes better than pre-packed, less manufacturing is needed. Maybe something to cling to?
I too am enjoying my garden and am thankful for the sunshine, it has made managing at this time easier. I can't work out how to add a photo in a reply.
