Hiya!

Have you tried speaking to your consultant or GP as the might be able to change your medication?

I have shortness of breath most of the time as I have been taking ticagrelor since April when I had my HA which I had three stent but since then I have had 3 s stents in November and another 3 two weeks ago I'm putting it down to my body hasn't really had time to recover properly

Hi, my problem is that i am intolerant to clopidrogel and prasugrel, so ticagrelor was the only opition. They "think" it is normal the shortness of breath. But for me it is scary because in the first months after 3 stents fitted i was breathing normal. I have been 6 months now. My heart problem was only taken serious after i got shortness of breath, for 2 and half years i was going almost every month or weeks by ambulance to hospital and the doctors was being negligent saying it was just anxiety and i was fine. Another medical error that actually caused my heart attack. I was supposed to have one stent only but i was with excruciating pain after and they didnt keep me there over night to monitor me, two hours after the stent they sent me home to climb stairs back to my flat, i climbed the stairs i had a heart attack. Back to the hospital they were negligent again, left me almost 24 hours with myocardical infraction before doing something. I survived by a miracle

I’m finding that happens to me too. Only been taking it for 5 weeks tho. I’m told it may pass so I’m just putting up with it for now, tho I will raise it with the cardiologist who I’ll see in Feb.
