Have you got a follow up appointment with a Cardiologist or Cardiac rehab sessions booked?
It maybe necessary for your medication to be adjusted.
Yes i have but due to a waiting list i dont know how long i will wait to see the cardiologist. Thanks for the imformation .
Perhaps contact the Cardiologist's secretary and ask for a cancellation?
I think i will i carnt carry on like this for months im not one to get down but im beginning to feel very low in mood

I acknowledge just how tough it is to live with vasospastic angina.
The tiredness is like no other tiredness. The pain and breathlessness can feel relentless at times.
It feels like trying to walk through treacle wearing lead boots.
Is there anybody you can talk to about how you are feeling at the moment.
Your GP?
Cardiac Rehab nurse?
Someone close to you?
Perhaps give the BHF nurses a call and speak to one of the Cardiac Nurses.

Many of us here have felt despondent and with a low mood at some point. You are not alone
A recent survey showed that half of heart patients have issues with anxiety, low mood and even Post traumatic stress disorder.
I am sure other people will be along to share their strategies to help them cope with this curve ball that life has bowled our way.
The BHF Heart Matters published this article about coping with depression.

Thankyou
Hello
I am sorry to hear you are feeling down right now, and not as well as you expected. The emotional strain on you is just as bad as the physical effect of having a heart attack, and the tiredness can be a symptom of stress and depression. The shock of having a heart attack and coronary spasms takes a lot of getting used to its life changing and you have to give yourself time to get your head around it.
Milk fairy gives good advice and there are others on here who share your e,experience so you're not alone.
I use meditation and mindfulness to help me cope on my down days and do something that I enjoy reading, listening to audiobooks and watching a good film.
I hope you're feeling better soon.
Take care
Thankyou i like reading but am finding difficulty in concentrating at the moment im sure things will improve your right its a lot to get used to.
Hello rainbow1961 I myself had a heart attack and now coronary artery spasms I’m 5 + post stent the tiredness does get better I personally take one day at a time, tiredness is your body to slow down , even if you haven’t done much. I thought I could return back to normal after 3 weeks general pottering around big mistake. I had my meds twitted feel little better but more energy but still not 100% ,still have spasms and very wary I hope one day to return to normal, but that myself convincing myself I’m ok, mixed emotions daily got to accept what has happened but won’t beat me
I think thats the problem you think your going to get right back to doing as you did before right away and it doesn't happen and it knocks you back.
