Well I did overdo the red meat at lunchtime! I saw a stall selling genuine German sausages and decided to treat myself. As I love the taste I decided to have two in one roll to avoid a carb overload! Do I feel guilty - not really? *!

Sounds to me like you've been wandering around a Christmas market. I've got a delivery tomorrow and if it arrives at a sensible time, that's what I plan to do in the afternoon!

Don't feel guilty for having a Treat I love a Bratwurst but only at Christmas Market.

Have to decided if it's Bath or Winchester to have one this year !! Did Prague one year and that's still in the Specials memory box.

I am a huge fan of the salads, my every meal (beside breakfast) is with a bowl of salad, and usually my wife does it.
