Just heard Pro Khan ( GP’s behind closed doors) say it’s good for the heart, so I thought I’d research it and found the above link.

I have 2 dogs, I often ask their opinions and strangely they always agree with me. Clever dogs!! 🤔 😂

Love garlic! The aged garlic has had some studies too. Wish there was more!

Oh that’s a great link thanks. It has similar benefits to a statin 👍🏻. Not sure how I’m going to age it though, is it as simple as leaving it until it grows tentacles 🐙.

Hahaha! I’ve got visions of walking garlic now. You can buy aged garlic, but I’m sure you know that. 😅

I’ve got pills I have to confess, not sure I could go through that process 😝. I use garlic in cooking quite a lot too.

I love garlic; raw with some cheese and bread or fried up with some butter for a couple of mins with my fish and always in whatever food's being cooked. But, there is a lot of research out there that tells us garlic is toxic to the human brain and certainly eating it raw has greater toxicity. Google "is garlic toxic to the brain" and there'll be much information regarding this.

I took garlic pills for a while but found they had zero effect on both BP and cholesterol.

Mind you I did not encounter any vampires! 😁

Buy Garlic from the Garlic Farm on Isle of Wight; they sell cloves to plant but also lots of prepared stuff. Elephant Garlic is wonderful and sweet; just roast it.

Yes that's where I buy my garlic from ....getting my raised beds ready for my autumn planting of garlic.

Home grown garlic's flavour is so much stronger.

Has anybody tasted Garlic ice cream when travelling to Asia?

Bliss. ..
