I was going to sign up for Stoptober again only, thanks to the meds, I’ve already done

Parched March

Abstain April

Stay Away May

Dune June

Dry July

Arid August

Sobriety September

Due to change meds in January, so hoping to completely Forget February 😂

Never one to let the facts get in the way of a joke, I’ve just discovered that it is only locally (Dorset) that Stoptober has been extended to include alcohol as well as smoking🤔 apologies to those who, therefore, didn’t get the joke!

Haven’t smoked since March 1984, and don’t miss it!

I’m safe there. As a Coeliac I can’t even have a McD milkshake!

You would think so... last time I tried ( a few years ago, tbh) the only thing I could have was water or black coffee. Even the chips were coated with wheat.
