Hallo, welcome to the forum. You can chat any time. Pumping Marvellous are very helpful for heart failure. I was diagnosed with HF & AF in may this year, it was a real shock at the time but after joining this forum and then joining pumping marvelous I have learnt so much and feel better able to deal with it.

I would be happy to try and answer any question s you have and would really recommend joining pumping marvelous as there are lots of people on there who have a wealth of knowledge and experience with HF
