Coq10 dose

What dose of Coq10 do people take? I have been advised to buy it but unsure of dosage?

I took a dose of 60mg but understand it can be anywhere from 30mg to 300mg. Did the person advising not make a suggestion?

I take 200mg per day and do notice if I don't take the dose I have increased aches and pains.

The evidence on CoQ10 is not yet conclusive. That said, it doesn't mean it doesn't work. Conventional medicine often takes decades to accept new ideas especially with the pharmaceutical companies responsible for sponsoring most medical studies, either directly or indirectly and discreetly.

The good news is there's no evidence of harm if you try coQ10.

I personally use 370 mg taken in the morning after breakfast.
