I've been put on flecainide 50x2 per day and 20mg x 2 of propranolol but I'm still getting the eptopics granted no where new as much but they are still there but I'm noticing triggers now I'm getting mine when I've just eaten doesn't have to be a big meal just after food for about an hour or so after I was thinking of upping my flec to 75mg x2 just to see if it helps
Does anyone have experience of palpitations and eptopics after eating I dont get any other symptoms at all apart from the beats its horrible I've been reading that the vagal nerve can do this after eating
Any advice would be much appreciated
Thanks Phil

Flecainide is a great drug for some and I'm one of them. However it is not one ti be messed with without medical advice and can fir some cause other arrhythmias as the data sheet states.
Smaller meals with main meal before 7pm helps. Also ask your GP re magnesium supplements. Dr Sanjay Gupta York Cardiology recommends magnesium taurate or glycinate but do check first with medical practitioner. This has helped my general well being (less anxiety) and fewer ecctopics though mine have never been bad just unsettling
