Just got this that I ordered from the BHF site.

Wow really useful, I am struggling getting my head around what fats are good and bad etc..what I can eat.

Really lovely laid out, easy to understand (lots of pictures lol) and I'm hoping it will get me on the right path!

Recommend.

good idea james. i took the week off and iv been struggling all week. thinking of taking another. was walking about 6/7 miles most days taking about 2 hrs but only managing 20 mins i get really breathless easily. thought i’d be good to go in a few days❤️

I eat a healthy diet: salmon, greens, most veggies,fruit, nuts, some dairy... but I think the main reason my good cholesterol is off the charts is my avocado a day :D
