Thickened heart muscle

Hi last year out of the blue i was diagnosed with complete heartblock and fitted with a pm. I recently have had slight palpitations and my last pm check showed up another arrhythmia. I had an echocardiogram and saw the consultant yesterday. He said it showed a condition where the heart muscle in thickened at the apex which is causing the irregularities. I now have to have aanother 24 hour monitor. The consultant didn't seem too concerned but didn't really explain much about this so I'm not sure what to expect. I dont know if its connected to the heartblock or a different condition. Does anyone have any advice. Thanks

I have heart block the did Didly squat about AS am sure lot of my lung conditions are caused by it.

I was apost to have Pace Maker but as signal eventually gets there well did not get that.

Sure I have lot symptoms the not said anything about guess like angina.

Anyway am not under Heart doctors was just told if have chest pain ring ambulance GOSH have no chance these days so bought my own AED

But that’s enough about me I would ask tools about cardiomyopathy and are you ok as far as fibrosis go’s
