Do I have a heart problem or is it correct that all my tests point to anxiety

I'll make this as simple as I can and write out a time line

January to June 2018

Had high heart rate at rest would shoot up to 95-100 bpm and when getting off my bed or going to bathroom or standing brushing my teeth would shoot up to 120 -135 and my pulse would feel very strong. I went to docs and was given a 24hr heart monitor a echo scan bloods tests and a stress test all came back I was fine and was concluded to be Anxiety.

June - December 2018

Due to test coming back ok I started taking sertraline first starting with 50mg it helped with the fear and the anxiety but symptoms still persisted pounding in chest in ears and still was going quite high but not long after I started to get the opposite I would get a resting heart rate in the high 50s and this would happen maybe once or twice a week. As time went on it started to happen more and more and the more it happened the lower the rate would get still with a very strong pulse I then requested another holter monitor and all came back fine and was put on 100mg of sertraline. Then in December after questioning this slow heart rate to the doctor for so long I asked of it could be the meds and at first the doc said no there not known to do that but eventually found his own evidence and decided to ween me off them around Christmas time.

January to present 2019

Slow heart rate persisted at resisting and heart rate still pounds in my chest aswell as in my ears and slow random heart rates down in low 50s and sleeping heart rate in high 30s about 38 to 39 bpm. Also when I would get off my bed my heart would feel like it was doing very strong but slow beats for a few seconds then start beating normal After many tests once again was given tests a 72 hr heart monitor and 24hr heart monitor to check if these slow heart rates were a problem and when I got this suddenly the low heart rate stopped didnt happen while wearing it but my pulse is still very strong and can still feel it in my chest and hear it in my ear monitor only detected it going to 39bpm in my sleep but cardiologists didnt believe it to be a risk or problem. Now I am still sat here with strong pulse pounding in my chest and in my ears aswell as the slow strong pounding (occassionally) when getting up from resting and yet I'm getting nowhere with doctors can someone anybody please help me

I would insist on an angiogram. I have a myocardial bridge. All my tests were coming back unremarkable. You know your own body- keep fighting until you get some answers- best of luck

I get the very strong heartbeat also,I think it’s called bounding heart, all my tests came back benign ectopics. I have Svt and was in hospital Monday night with an attack at 175 beats. Stress, tiredness and upset causes my heart to go haywire.
