I can hear my heart in my head!

Post stent 3 mths now with the usual range of meds but recently I have started to hear my heart beat in my head sometimes it's quite reassuring to know it's working but mostly I am starting to worry. My BP is good so I don't think it's that ...anyone else or ideas

Yes that happened to me some months post stent - it also felt like it was in my ear at times. No idea what causes it but it disappeared as quickly as it started. Lasted for about ten days. Go to your GP for a bit of reassurance or if it goes on - I think I worried so much it lasted longer than it might have done...

Thanks Calliope153...I went to the GP and he thinks it's Tinnitus so another referral!!..but I have had it before and it's gone away like you said so we shall see.
