Stop doing it then , or am I missing something here. When I got a pain when walking up a hill I stopped walking up hills and the pain went away !!

Well coincidentally, I used to hear ringing in my head. Constant ringing but after a few hours I realised I found a cure. Every time I picked up a phone it stopped. Brilliant but that's when my other problem started...... I then kept hearing voices,,,, hello, hello, hello. 😂😂😂
