Feeling breathless in a morning

IIn the last few weeks after I have been up for about an hour, I become breathless. It is not my lungs as I do not have any pain or coughing. It is just like I have ran 100 meters. There is a small amount of pain in the middle of my chest but it is dull not sharpe like a heart attack. Should I be worried?

My background is that I was diagnosed with heart failure 6 month ago and my cardiologist changed my medication and my EV went back up to 45. And I have been put on a 12 monthly review.

Has anybody else had similar problems?

I had similar with the anti platelet meds like ticagrelor

I'm on Entresto and it drops my blood pressure and this appears to cause breathlessness for 3/4 hours. Could your issue by drug related?

I think you should go to GP and get checked . Do you take a diuretic? Could be you have some pulmonary oedema caused by heart failure which would make you breathless. Do you have swollen ankles ?

No I have no swelling or any of the other signs of heart failure. The problem is that it’s not till a week on Monday that I can get an appointment for the GP.

I'd have my finger on the button to ring as soon as they are open for an urgent appointment even if it's a nurse practitioner or telephone appointment.
