Feeling breathless and sick

My heart only has a 39% work rate and recently I get breathless and feel sick by the time I get to the bathroom. Once recovering my blood pressure, pulse are fine with no sign of chest pains or CT-D reaction any suggestions please.

Have you asked your doctor or member of your medical team what they think is happening when you get breathless and nauseous?
