Could others please let me know whether a general sense of unease is typically a symptom of heart failure. What I mean by that is a constant tension, slight discomfort which comes and goes in the chest and a persistent tremor (particularly in the morning, alongside morning sweats).
I struggle to relax. I know that I’m not having a heart attack - I was checked by A and E. Also these symptoms have been going on for weeks and are becoming all consuming. I have a history of heart arrhythmia and a slightly enlarged heart, but have ICD and have remained in sinus rhythm so don’t think it’s down to that.

Rather than to ask on here where none or very few of us have any medical training you would be better visiting your GP and voicing your concerns and if necessary they can refer you for further investigation.
I have done that and my GP doesn’t know and my cardiologist says it’s nothing to worry about! The point is I’m not worried about it, but I can feel the symptoms - he can’t. So I figure the best people to ask are those that actually have a heart condition.
