Since being told I no longer need tricegalor I have daily thumping headaches which are not relieved by paracetamol. They are only slightly better when I have a daily dose of asprin (morning) and amis (night). Blood pressure is higher than normal but doctors don't seem to think this is a problem. I had a heart attack 22months ago and headaches and blood shot eyes were two of the signs that I should have taken notice of according to paramedics. Anyone else had tricegalor stopped with same effect?

I was on ticagelor as part of a clinical trial for 18 months but didn't have any problems when it was stopped. The only blood thinner I'm on now is aspirin. If your eyes are affected have you thought about going for an eye test? They can check for more than just your eyesight.
Yes Forgotten1 I had to come off them as I have Chronic Migraine at Tricgegalor didn't help. I am sure it lowered my BP too much even on the lowest dose. Maybe try something else?
Hi you could try speaking to your local pharmacist and also call the specialist nurses on the BHF help support line . They may have a different response for you.
