Hello and welcome to the forum! There is no straightforward answer as much depends on the severity of these conditions. The first person to ask is your GP - does he consider you unfit for work? If so you would be entitled to ESA. In that situation you might be called in for a PIP style assessment to consider if you are fit to work. Depending on your health you could be entitled to PIP. As well as your GP you could speak to the CAB. I cannot suggest more than that as it is impossible to tell on a forum how these conditions are affecting you.
