HeartHub App - The CHD app

Hi All

Just a quick update for those of you who are following the HeartHub App progress.

A few people have asked about downloading it.

It’s not ready yet. 😩

We’ve made some changes to it that have set us back a little but they are based on the first set of feedback and it makes the app so much better.

I’m really disappointed about the wait but excited about the improvement.
