Entresto - cough /flu feelings

I have been on Entresto for about 6 weeks now. I have just been moved up to the middle doze. Feeling a lot of positive vibes from this drug although I have developed a horrible cough and cold / flu feelings.

Is this normal and will it pass?

I’m on the highest dose, and never had those symptoms, at least not caused by Entresto. I’ve had flu and colds but just, I think, as I would normally have. Sometimes I think we jump to conclusions that our medication or heart problems are to blame for all ills!
