Hi I just wanted to share. Not sure if this has been mentioned. As some off you maybe aware I had sleeping problems. I was advised by my cardio nurse to take my statins earlier than I was... instead off taking mine at 9pm I'm now taking them at 7pm and it's made a massive difference. Hope this helps .xx

Glad it helps but what type of statin? There are five types of statin routinely used within the NHS although I know of seven so the type is highly relevant.
Thanks for letting us know. I'm having sleep issues and on Atorvastatin too - I can get to sleep but keep waking up and never really feel rested. I'm going to speak to my doctor about it.
Thanks for that I will try it too, but not tonight as it is already 20.50
I do think worrying about a couple of friends does not help when you can't sleep, but that is an other matter.
