I had a Aortic valve replacement earlier this year. Doctors say everything is fine. But still not feeling great, having some dizzy spells. Any ideas why?

Hi. I'm only on Riveroxaban. And it comes on at random times. Grateful for any help

Riveroxaban can cause dizziness it this is a rare side effect. It is probably best to speak to your GP in the first instance.

Hello. How is your BP? My husband had an AVR in January 2018. He had dizzy spells which turned out to be high blood pressure, 232/112. When he was discharged they stopped his BP meds. Once he sorted them out again a couple of onthe later the dizzy spells stopped. X

Heart rate and blood pressure are fine. That’s why I’m concerned
