Heart issues only when I am resting ??

Hi all , I have already had two stents fitted 2 years ago but this year having issues of pain in chest and in arms .....I have had an angiogram two weeks ago which we think shows a narrowing of the arteries just after the stents. This was only discussed with the angiogram centre and has yet to be confirmed by the specialist, so its unknown what action is to be taken as yet .

The problem I have is that I can work hard in the garden or wherever, even move soil with a wheel barrow and I have no issues at all , but at night , normally early morning I have all the issues of heavy palpitations low heart beat short of breath or low breathing and pains in the chest area and arms .... This week I was at work and had a very heavy palpation issue and low heart feeling and slight loss of breath by just walking from my desk , this is the first time this had happened . I checked my heart beat and it was 107/46 .... Does anyone else have issues like this ? It seems a heart condition in reverse ... where I should have pains when I am working , but dont but get them when I am at rest or asleep ??? Any information appreciated kind regards to all .

I can relate to this, just started happening lately, while being active or keep

fit feel ok, but sometimes when sat about get pain.I have relapsed a bit with

diet, so am thinking if I can get the weight down again, hopefully it will go back to

normal.best wishes
