I have a mechanical heart valve so I am taking Warfarin. Does this mean that I don't have a heart problem to declare?

Sorry it has to be declared. It is not just the condition but if, say, you suffered a fracture any surgery could be more complicated because of the warfarin and they could rightly refuse to pay out
Hi, l have the same as you plus a pacemaker. Try lnsurancewith, their forms are very easy and they are also reasonably priced. Maybe it would be better to ring them and talk to a human being. Take care. Sue.
Both the valve and the warfarin need to be declared plus all past heart related issues unfortunately. The screening process requires all past and present heart issues to be declared in full. bhf.org.uk/informationsuppo...
No. It means you have a heart condition you need to declare
