Statins(meds?) Headaches

So(!). With regard to the headaches, yesterday was a bit of day. Went to GP, told them about the headache, mentioned that it could be one of drug - "Hmmm, doesn't sound good - thunderclap headache, I'm sending you for CT scan, worse case scenario - you could have a bleed, on the brain." . Oh joy. After a short and thankfully sedate, yellow and green taxi ride to tbe RBH , I arrived in A&E. After two ECG's, one x-ray, blood tests and physical exams the consultant agreed that by a process of elimination, it should be possible to determine which drug is causing the headaches (looking like it is ramipril).

Nice walk to the station afterwards.

I could have been foolishly annoyed by this but the NHS had my back. Long may it live.

I’m on satins and have bad headaches but been told it’s a heart valve issue but I kno I have valve issues. I can feel it’s worse just after a replacement as my valve is opening up.
