Had my pericardium removed due to constrictive pericarditis last May also had AF. Comethrough all that, a load of different drugs to begin with but now down to Bisopropol, low dose Asparin, Ramipril ( just started ),Bumetanide.

Started to feel pain in feet and knees, cold hands and anxiety. looks like Gout and feels like it or arthiriis. Is this the Ramipril do you think? Anyone out there experienced similar.

Are you on Statins? If so that would be the main culprit. I have problems like it . It's due to the medication unfortunately. One pill that I have is Allopurinol to prevent the frequent Gout that I have, caused by other pills.😠

Hi Grayjay, no I am not on statins these were tried several years ago before I was diagnosed with constrictive pericarditis and caused severe muscle pain so I am treated as allergic to them. Thanks for raising the point though and I am not sure if Ramipril is acting like a statin in this case.

One of the side effects of bisoprolol is cold hands/feet fingers/toes, almost like Reynauds disease
