Hi there, Angie again. I have read all the replies and would like to say a massive thank you to all of you who responded. I must say I was rather tearful reading all the positive attitudes and am extremely grateful. I feel less "alone" now and hopefully given time I will be in the position to perhaps offer some words of comfort to other heart patients. I will take everything on board and try to adapt my daily routine and maybe not overthink things. Thank you for your kind words and I hope you all live a very long and happy life. Big hugsx
