I would like to take this opportunity to thank the excellent East Kent Cardiac Rehab team for there enthusiasm, professionalism and caring for me, 3 months and 3 stents later the last 2 fitted in July I ran the 5km Park run on Saturday on The Leas, Folkestone. Looking forward to a better quality life thanks to EKC. Hope this inspires others.

Yup rehab teams are worth their weight in gold. Brilliant to be able to run so soon after surgery. I’m still at the walking stage one year on!! Hope you keep improving take care. Zena x
