Rehab return

Hi guys well that's me 2 wks after my latest hospitalisation. Back to rehab tomorrow. Don't know how that'll go. Wish me luck. Apparently I need to begin 8 wk again. 😀

Reminds me I have heard nothing about mine so need to chase as referred to local hospital as operating hospital is impossible by public transport. Not classed as fit enough to drive yet but tend to agree!

Shosov,

wherever they recommend you restart is probably going to be the best for you. I had a similar experience in that after 2 months of rehab, I was emergency hospitalised. The only rehab I did for 3 weeks was lung function and even that was restricted to a few times per day.

I Restarted at the beginning and never did manage the level I wanted but I did recover well. I am still improving.

I don’t want to sound competitive! But have restarted rehab three times. Huge value to persist. Ive become much more exercise minded, as a result, and now doing Zumba with the young things! I’m 74.

I was excused the talks the third time round. Hope it goes really well for you.
