Thanks for understanding I needed a bit of a break. I'm almost there, I'll be back posting soon.
I had Rehab this morning it went really well, I run on a treadmill for a bit and my heart rate went up to 100 but no pain or breathlessness, I did mention about the Angina the other day and they said to mention if I felt unwell at any time. I didn't. We also talked about my lung strength after the pneumonia the nurse that was working with me remembered me from last time she's also had pneumonia so was very understanding.
Finally I re joined slimming world last week and I've lost 7lb half a stone in a week π I'm so happy. Now I'm not expecting that much next week but I feel better already

If Mum is driving you crazy then that is a sure sign she is ok
I suppose while ever you are at home she knows you are alright so will make her happy even though not so sure about you but best staying there till you are ready to go home and I can imagine that will be soon the way you are progressing
You will be tired that was your first Rehab well this time round so rest and I know as the weeks go on it will get easier
Really happy things are starting to get better for you x
That's great, rehab is really helpful with regaining confidence in physical activity and good because you can also ask any questions while you're there being monitored.
WOW for the weight loss, happy for you fantastic result X
Hi V.Great to hear from you and glad you have started cardiac rehab
Very well done on saying goodbye to 7lbs!!! I've done weightwatchers a few times and know the first week usually feels the hardest gettimg back into that routine!
Great stuff V keep it going. I'm off to rehab shortly, having just cut the grass (nearly 3/4 of a km in the process). I find rehab a really positive experience and now I'm on phase 4 I'm going twice a week.
