CHD Supplements

I am 67 yrs old and have CHD & narrow arteries with triple arteries calcific plaque, I am new to this forum and I can see there are lot of comments and useful advises posted on this forum, therefore I would like to know about what are the best supplements for CHD. I am on Aspirin & Cholesterol tablets and overweight, I have read about supplements but it is very confusing, therefore your help on Cardiac supplements will be helpful

Don’t worry about supplements. If you eat a healthy and varied diet, do some exercise and lose some weight, you won’t need them. For most people, supplements are not really required unless they are truly deficient in something (vitamins, minerals, fibre and the like).
