Can anyone help with interpreting cardiogist's notes. My husband has just got his copy of the appt letter & it says "I repeated his ECG in clinic today. It shows sinus rhythm of 59 bpm. He has a narrow QRS complex with a QRS duration of 87msec. He has T wave inversion in the anterior leads consistent with his previous infarct. His ECG makes him unsuitable for CRT therapy " does anyone know what the ECG reading actually meand & why does this make him unsuitable for CRT therapy? Thanks for your help

This is very specialised and I think it might be best to ask to talk to his cardiologist as even his GP might be out of his depth here. You could try ringing the BHF nurses in the morning. I did read that they review patients that are being considered for CRT more these days as over 2 in 10 showed no real improvement after CRT.
Thank you for your reply Michael, my husbands HF nurse is coming to see us tomorrow so I will ask her about it. I was hoping that I could get some info on it first do that I knew what questions to ask. It's particularly annoying as the cardiologist made no mention whatsoever about CRT therapy & we've only found out from reading a copy of the letter that was sent to the GP
