Hi twinks, I've been searching previous posts without too much success im afraid. I have looked online and don't see exhaustion as one of the side effects either.

When was the last time you saw your GP or cardiologist? I think it's probably wise to make an appointment to discuss your symptoms and see what can be done

Take care Mark

The anticoagulant works to thin the blood to prevent stroke but it doesn’t stop the AFib. If you are in persistent AFib like my husband was it’s like your heart is running in a marathon 24/7. My hubby was exhausted all the time and just felt miserable. I think you shoold talk to your Cadio or GP and get a cardioversion scheduled.

There are also meds to suppress your heart rate. My husband was put on one for 3 weeks before his second cardio version and he’s been afib free for a month and feels like his old self.

God Speed.
