Op scheduled for tomorrow has been cancelled as there isn't a perfusionist available for theatre. Op rescheduled for Thursday, go in on Wednesday. Not too long to wait.
Gives me a chance to make the Christmas pate and finish icing the cake, every cloud...
Lots more walks with Boris too, when he’s not chilling out on the sofa!
Take care heart chums,
Dory xxx💕

I'm sorry your op was postponed but try to enjoy your weekend walks with Boris. My dog max is a devil to get off the sofa in chilly weather too! wishing you the very best next week 💖
Thank you Plum53, sorry for the late response. I sent a message to all at the end of this post yesterday explaining all. The op being postponed was meant to be. xx💕
I sent a message to all at the end of this post yesterday explaining the events of the last few days, not sure whether it has been flagged up for you. My op being cancelled was meant to be.
Again love and hugs as you struggle without your Mum at the time of her anniversary. xxx❤️💕❣️
So sorry to hear this Dory, I was just going to post saying I was thinking of you today. I hope your nerves are holding up, mine would be in shreds having it postponed until later in the week.
At least you can rest this weekend. Enjoy whatever you do. Take care lovely. Rie xx
I posted a message to all at the end of this post yesterday evening explaining the events of the last couple of days, not sure if it was flagged up for you.
Hi Ethel, well are you going for the record for the 'most cancelled ops. Lol At least it's only a couple of days. Just think of that lovely dog of yours getting more walks.
Thank you for all your caring messages, sorry for not replying to you all individually. My op being postponed was meant to be as I travelled up north today to see my brother. He and the family found out on Thursday that he is in the late stages of lung and bone cancer and has little time left. It was kept from me as thought I would be having my op today. As that didn’t happen I was told yesterday. Been quite a roller coaster emotionally but so pleased that I could say my goodbyes.
Now I am back home I’m going to get on with my Christmas cake icing etc. and get myself ready to go in on Wednesday. Life aye!
Annette, sorry to hear you are feeling sad remembering your Mum on her anniversary, extra love to you.
So sorry to hear about your brother and glad that you could spend time together, as you say some things are meant to happen for reasons that aren't obvious at the time.
Thanks for your kind thoughts when you have so much to deal with yourself.
