Hi Luna,
sorry not really sure we can help you here this is the British Heart Foundation Health Unlocked forum, whilst some of us are looking, as part of a programme, to lose weight and become fitter, its not really our expert subject.
I had thought of visceral fat as being fat that is collected round some major organs rather than round the stomach though
