Visceral fat

I am not overweight but I have visceral fat around my stomach, even if I lose more weight it will not shift and I look haggard,any ideas please?

sorry not really sure we can help you here this is the British Heart Foundation Health Unlocked forum, whilst some of us are looking, as part of a programme, to lose weight and become fitter, its not really our expert subject.

I had thought of visceral fat as being fat that is collected round some major organs rather than round the stomach though
