Fat around the heart
Sorry to hear 😢😕, have they said what they can do to help you??
As far as I am aware, visceral fat around organs is not a good thing, and can be reduced by dietry changes. This is well worth a listen albeit long, you will get the gist of it from just watching a bit of it. youtube.com/watch?v=nupPRnv... I also recommend this book for a good heart healthy diet: amazon.co.uk/Pioppi-Diet-21... Pain behind right shoulder can possibly mean gallbladder issues, which may mean it is not producing sufficient bile for your fat digestion. In this case bitters can help (you can buy 'bitters' many places online) to help with bile flow, and also a digestive enzyme complex (can again buy online lots of places) for fat digestion, and just may be something you can look into more online. (Neither bitters nor a digestive enzyme will be harmful to the heart). Fat around the heart can be reduced with the right measures, mostly cutting out processed foods as suggested on the youtube link above can make a massive difference.
Are you taking any BP medications that might cause edema? I just got taken off Amlodipine because my nephrologist didn't like my puffy ankles which is caused by the drug.
