Hey all I had my 1st heart attack 17 years ago aged 37 . 3 years ago I had my second heart attack this one was much worse than the 1st put me in icu for 2 weeks now been fitted with a ICD seems to be going well

Hi Gillymaccy - welcome! Glad to hear things are going well for you following your heart attack; definitely a good approach to take each day as it comes.

Hi Gilly ....sorry to hear about your heart attacks at such a young age....but good for you to have taken a positive view!

It is one of those things that the majority of us do not ever have to take into consideration until it happens.......that we so appreciate life even more when it has been threatened.

Like you.....I do take each day as it comes and can say with certainty that I see and enjoy far more now.
