A quiet few days on this front but all go here. Good friend from Suffolk visiting. We realised we'd known each other for 27 years, having met on an Aromatherapy course. Much activity then, trying to fit in as much as we could in 3 days & all on foot or by public transport. Still having trouble walking uphill, even on half dose beta blocker. Although, I'm pleased to report, no woozy head & thankfully, no return of the mega side effects of the iron supplement !. Am still waiting for the result of the Coeliac antibody test.

My friend has returned home this morning, to a county where it has been 10 degrees warmer than here of late & is a lot drier & flatter !.

I am going to catch up indoors & then put my aching feet up !.
