Phew ! Last 10 hour shift with grandchildren for a while. Went to a local farm with petting zoo. Some activity trying to corral granddaughter who was running away from the ducks !.

Feeling fine on the half dose beta blocker, but oh ! The side effects of the ferrous fumarate ! Got severe twinges where my gallbladder used to be (? bile duct) & oh my, the wind !!

My grandson took one look at my medicine & said 'it looks like rusty water ! '. He could be right ! I am trying not to embarrass them or myself when out in public.

Anyone else had side effects with iron supplements ?.

I know I shouldn't laugh but I couldn't help it! Ages ago I was prescribed iron tablets, oh yes the wind
